The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nagri P.S. Case No. 76 of 2021, for the offence under Sections 504, 506 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Prashant Gupta, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ranchi. On 03.05.2021, unknown persons opened fire outside the hotel of the informant. However, nobody was injured. It was submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Prashant Gupta, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Ranchi, or his successor, in connection with Nagri P.S.
