This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioners seeking modification of the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in ABLAPL No.3168 of 2025. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel that taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directed release of the Petitioners subject to verification of the criminal antecedents. 4. It is further submitted that since Petitioner No.6 has more than two criminal antecedents the same could not be brought to the notice of the Court while passing the order dated 29.04.2025. Hence, he prays for modification of the same and extends the time for surrendering the Petitioners. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 6. Taking note of rival submissions, this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 29.04.2025 so far as criminal antecedent is concerned. So far as extension of time for surrendering is concerned, the same is extended for a further period of three weeks from today. 7. Rest part of the order dated 29.04.2025 remains unaltered. 8.
