The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barwadda PS Case No.156 of 2021, for offence registered under section 25(1- B)a, 25(6), 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhanbad. 3. Mr. R.S. Mazumdar, the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner through Video Conferencing submits that arms and one cartridge has been recovered from the possession of Saddam Ansari and said Saddam Ansari has taken name of this petitioner and in identical situation three of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA Nos.7390 of 2025, 2984 of 2025 and 3141 of 2025 and he fairly submits that petitioner is having two criminal antecedents and persons who have been granted anticipatory bail, they were also having criminal antecedent. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that criminal antecedents of petitioner are there and anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Considering that in identical situation three of the co-accused persons have granted anticipatory bail in the ABAs as aforesaid and further name of the petitioner has been taken by one Saddam Ansari from whose possession arms and one cartridge has been recovered, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Barwadda PS Case No.156 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
