GP FOR WOMEN DEV CHILD WELFARE(AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of Mandamus, declaring the order of the 2nd respondent vide orders No 258/D.E.O-1/2017 Dated 18.12.2017 thereby terminating the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker of Kollipara Muslim Area Anganwadi Centre Code NO 57, Kollipara Village, Kollipara Mandal, Guntur District as illegal, irrqgular, arbitrary and unjust, besides violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and principles of natural justice and consequently suspend the orders No 258/D.E.O-1/2017 Dated 18.12.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent.” 2 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Siva Sankara Rao Borra, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, in the light of the interim order dated 27.04.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018, no further orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
