Instant I.A is filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the Court9s order in the ABLAPL. 4. This Court, while disposing of the ABLAPL on 9th March, 2026 directed the petitioner to surrender before the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Birmaharajpur, however, he being a juvenile-in-conflict with law, it shall have to be before the JJB, Sonepur. For the reason stated therein, the I.A. is allowed modifying the Court9s order in the ABLAPL with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned J.J.B., Sonepur corresponding to Birmaharajpur P.S. Case No.191 dated 30th p. 2 August, 2025 in compliance of the Court9s order 9th March, 2026 in the ABLAPL. The I.A is disposed of accordingly. 5.
