The allegation of the petitioner is that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station, without following due procedure established by law, as he filed HMOP No.292 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada, East Godavari. 3. During the pendency of the Writ Petition, admittedly, HMOP No.292 of 2019 was disposed of by the learned trial Court on 14.09.2023 itself and hence, nothing remains in the present Writ Petition for further adjudication. 4.
