Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record copy of order dated 13.05.2024 and states that the action impugned in this writ petition is consequent upon the aforesaid order and that the petitioner has an alternative efficacious remedy against the same. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not aware of the passing of the order dated 13.05.2024, however, in view of the said order, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy against the same in accordance with law. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
