Tiwari, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. K. Saxena, learned counsel for the respondent no.1; and Mr. S. Tapin, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3. 2. During the pendency of the connected Cont.Cas(C) No. 15(AP)/2025, the officials who were then holding the posts of the Deputy Commissioner, Lower Dibang Valley District, Roing; the Chief Managing Director, NHPCL; and the Executive Director, NHPCL have been transferred and the new incumbents have joined their respective posts and accordingly, by filing this interlocutory application, the applicants are seeking for impleadment of the officials who are currently holding the posts mentioned above. 3. On a query of the Court, the learned senior counsel for the applicants has submitted that initially when the contempt petition was filed, a fresh award in terms of the order dated 10.02.2025, passed in WP(C) 230(AP)/2024 was not passed. However, during the pendency of this contempt petition, the fresh award has been passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Lower Dibang Valley District, Roing. 4. Therefore, from the stand taken by the applicants, it appears that the Page No.# 5/5 new incumbent to the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Lower Dibang Valley District, Roing is not longer in contempt. 5. Under the circumstances, no order is required to be passed in this interlocutory application for impleading the new incumbent no.6 as the contemnor no.6 in the connected contempt petition. 6. Accordingly, no order is required to be passed in respect of the pleading of respondent no.6. 7. In respect of the prayer for impleadment of the new incumbent nos.7 and 8 are concerned, the said respondents are allowed to be impleaded as contemnor nos.6 and 7 as narrated in the cause title of this interlocutory application as well as in paragraph 4 of this interlocutory application. 8. The applicants shall file an amended cause title in the connected Cont.Cas(C) No. 15(AP)/2025 so as to enable the Court to pass appropriate orders for issuance of notice. 9.
