Hage, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent, who, on instructions, submits that Nirjuli P.S. Case No. 81/2025 registered against the accused under Sections 78(2) of BNS, 2023, read with Section 66(E)(2) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, on completion of investigation, having not found any materials against the accused, has been submitted into a final report. And in view of the above, the matter has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that since the case has been submitted into final report, the matter may be closed.
