Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. Perused the record. 4. As seen from the record, the learned I Additional District and Sessions. Judge-Gum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam granted bail to the petitioners herein in Crime No.75 of 2025 of A-lrport Police Station with a condition of releasing on executing a personal bond for Rs.50,000/-each with two sureties. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 02.6.2025 in CrI.M.P.No.1550 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, (Cr.No.75yof 2025 on the file \- i=F-I- `_-_-- of Airport PolI'Ce Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate), with regard to the quantity of the bail bond sureties from Rs.50,000/- is reduced to Rs.20,000/-each with two sureties for like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Vll Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Visakhapatnam. 6. ln the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions by duly modifying the order dated o2.6.2025 I'n CrI.M.P.No.1550 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge-Gum-Special Judge for Trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam. i.
