The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jama P.S. Case No. 73/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 817/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. On 07/08.08.2024, six batteries were stolen from BSNL Tower at Ranidinda, Madanpur. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka in connection with Jama P.S.
