Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Lower Bazar P.S. Case No. 203/2023, registered under Sections 448, 341, 427, 353, 307, 143, 149, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Rakesh Ranjan learned J.M. 1st Class at Ranchi. It is alleged that the petitioner and the co-accused persons had tried to demolish the boundary wall of Late Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.Y Iqbal with the intention to take possesion of his house. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about eight months. It was finally submitted that several co- accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by coordinate bench of this Court.
