This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the action of the 1st and 2nd respondents in issuing the Notice/Order dated 30.01.2015 and retired the petitioner from service as illegal arbitrary contrary to the Act 4 of 2014 dated 27.06.2014 of the Govt. of A.P.

against the principles of natural justice violative of Article 14, 16, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and against the service rules and consequently to set aside the Notice/Order dated 30.01.2015, which was issued to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent to pass...”
2. At the admission stage of the lis, this Court did not pass interim orders in favour of the petitioner.
3. Sri M.S.P.Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Challa Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
4. Sri P.L.V.S.Prasad, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare is present.
5. Recording the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
