Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Comp. (Excise) Case No. 1808 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 47(A) and55 of the Excise Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag. 3. It was submitted that 3,111.00 litres of English Liquor were recovered from Tata LPT 1109 bearing registration no. UP80T 2578. Petitioner is the driver of the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Comp.
