CMP(M) No. 2027 of 2024 For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant, we find sufficient cause to condone the delay of 36 days that has crept up in filing the appeal. Ordered accordingly. The application stands disposed of FAO(FC) _______ of 2025 Appeal be registered. Since the present appeal emanates out of a matrimonial discord, it is incumbent upon this Court to make an endeavor to resolve the same amicably.
