As per the order under Section 14 of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 the petitioner for getting possession had also deposited the requisite amount before the police authorities on 23.12.2024. 2. Grievance of the petitioner is that no action has been taken yet by the police and that the petitioner has not been given the possession of the property in question. 3. Learned Standing Counsel states that appropriate steps would be taken within a period of one month. 4. Under such circumstances, no further order is required to be passed. 5.
