However, both the learned counsels submit that the similar matter is already dismissed by the Co-ordinate Division Bench of this court in W.P.No.5527 of 2023 and batch, vide common order dated 27.01.2025. 4. In terms of the same and for reasons alike, this writ petition is also dismissed. 5.
