No. 242 of 2023 arising out of Bandgaon (Keraikela) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2008 for the offences registered under sections 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. On 10.03.2008, petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim and took her to the house of Shatrughan Munda and kept her for several days. It is alleged that the petitioner had raped her several times. Petitioner had also forced the victim to come to the Civil Court, Chaibasa for performing court marriage. While the parties were in court, sister-in-law of the victim saw them, on which, petitioner fled away and the victim was rescued. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
