This application has been filed praying for the impleadment of the applicant as respondent No. 6 in connected Writ Petition, being WP(C)/216(AP)/2025. 3. It is submitted that under the new rules, the applicant is being considered for promotion to the post of Assistant Director of Small Savings, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, and therefore, he is a necessary party to the proceedings, since in the aforesaid writ petition, WP(C)/216(AP)/2025, the petitioner has challenged the matter with a prayer that he should be promoted in terms of the old rules. 4. The learned counsel for the opposite party has raised no objection to the impleadment of the present applicant as respondent No. 6 in the connected writ petition, WP(C)/216(AP)/2025. 5. In view of the above, this interlocutory application is allowed, and the present applicant is impleaded as respondent No. 6 in the connected writ petition, WP(C)/216(AP)/2025.
