The said dispute is already pending adjudication before the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nellore in O.S.No.68 of 2024. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the dispute between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent is civil in nature and subject of the complaint alleging the forgery settlement deed is already a subject before the competent civil court. 3. Considering the same, this Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the police to complete the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners. However, this shall not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing the charge sheet upon completion of the investigation.
