Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has purchased property for the valuable consideration from his vendor and registered the same in the office of the Sub- Registrar, Madurawada, vide registered document No.4682 of 2025, dated 06.06.2025. 3. The present Writ Petition is filed on the ground that the 4th respondent is illegally trying to evict the petitioner from the house site admeasuring 114.90 sq. yards in Survey No.5/4 of 4 Mudasarlova village of Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. 4. The 4th respondent addressed a letter dated 10.07.2025 to the Government Pleader for Revenue. As seen from the written instructions (part of record), it has been emphasized that the action of the respondent authorities was confined solely to Sy.No.20-7, undertaken as part of statutory duty to protect Government property from unauthorized encroachments. There was no interference in Sy.No.5/4, and the claim of the petitioner is unsupported by revenue records. 6. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. The respondents shall follow due procedure established under law in removing the encroachments.
