JUSTICE MITALI THAKURIA ORDER Date : 06.11.2025 None appears for the applicant on call. Heard Mr. G. Tado, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application filed by the applicant praying for his impleadment as a party respondent in the bail application, being B.A. No. 88/2025, who is the son of the deceased. However, from the record as well as from the submission made by Mr. Tado, learned Addl. Accordingly, the present application is not maintainable at this stage. However, the applicant may approach the Court with an appropriate application, if so advised. Further, from the record, it also reveals that the present applicant was accordingly heard at the time of disposing the earlier bail application No.88/2025. In view of the above, the I.A. has already become infructuous and stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
