Heard Mr. Aman Tamrakar, learned counsel holding the brief of Mr. Avinash Chand Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondents No. 1 & 2/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this CRMP and quash FIR No. 66 of 2025 dated 06.03.2025 registered under Section 296, 3(5), 324(4) and 351(2) of the BNS, 2023 registered in Police Station Pulgaon (Annexure P/1) in the interest of justice. ” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the present petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR, but in the present case, the charge-sheet has already been filed before the competent Court against the petitioners, therefore, he prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to challenge the same. 4. Prayer is allowed. 3 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if so advised. 6.
