This is an application filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 by the petitioner, namely, Khairul Amin @ Khairul Islam, seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Kazigaon P.S Case No. 07/2025, registered under Sections 61(2)/319(2)/336(3)/316(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. Vide an order dated 12.03.2025, the accused-applicant was granted interim bail and accordingly, in terms of the aforesaid interim bail, the accused-applicant appeared before the investigating officer. In the instant matter, the Case Diary was called for, on several occassions. However, the same is produced today after almost a year. Case Diary is produced before this Court and the same is perused. 4. The learned Addl. P.P., opposes the prayer of bail at this stage, stating that there are various prima facie incriminating materials against the accused-applicant. 5. This Court, after considering the submissions advanced by the counsel appearing for the parties, as well as after perusal of the case records, is of the considered view that at this stage, the interim bail granted earlier on 12.03.2025, should be made absolute. 6. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of by making the same absolute in the same terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 12.03.2025. 7. In view of the aforesaid directions, the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of as allowed. 8. Case Diary to be sent back immediately. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
