Sri B.Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner, appearing through virtual mode, submits that the petitioner has received a call from the respondent authorities informing him that the bill amount has been credited to his account. Recording the said submission, as the authorities have informed that the bill amount has been credited to the petitioner’s account, the Contempt Case is closed. If the petitioner has not received the said amount, he is at liberty to file an appropriate application to reopen the case. There shall be no order as to costs.
