This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 405/2023 registered at Police Station- Balconagar, Korba, District Korba (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present bail KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 application was filed inadvertently as the deponent (Shri Santosh Das Mahant, father of the applicant) had no knowledge that the wife of the applicant had already engaged another counsel and filed a similar bail application for the same accused (Sumit Alias Somit Dad Mahant) before this Court and the same has pending consideration before this Court whose MCRC No. 3976/2025. Therefore, he wants to withdrawal the present bail application. 3.
