BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 20.11.2025 Heard Mr. Adam Tatak, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. Duksor Loyi, learned Public Prosecutor, Arunachal Pradesh, and Mr. N. Yedei, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Ms. Jyoti Zongluju, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2. By an order, dated 26.06.2025, passed in the connected criminal petition, this Court while issuing notice upon the respondents, has directed that further Page No.# 3/3 proceeding of the First Information Report(FIR), dated 19.03.2025, shall remain stayed till the next returnable date. However, the same was not continued thereafter. By filing of this application, the applicants have prayed for continuation of the interim order. The learned counsels appearing for the Opposite Parties/ respondents have no objection. In view of the above, the prayer is accepted. Accordingly, the interim order, dated 26.06.2025, passed in the connected petition being Crl.P. 136/2025, shall continue till the next date of listing.
