Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Board of Revenue vide its order dated 07.02.2020 directed the Tehsildar, Ladpura to do the needful exercise of making mutation entries in the name of the petitioner in case, there is no stay order passed by any competent Court of law. 2. Counsel submits that the aforesaid order has not been complied with by the Authorities concerned hence, again an application under Section 151 CPC was submitted before the Board and the said application was disposed of with the similar directions vide order dated 05.04.2021, but in spite of passing of considerable time, till date, the needful exercise has not been done by the concerned Tehsildar, hence, appropriate directions be issued to him. Twice, the Board has issued directions to the Tehsildar on 07.02.2020 and 05.04.2021 to do the needful exercise of mutation entries in favour of the petitioner, in case, there is no stay order by any competent Court of law. It is expected from the concerned Tehsildar to examine the record and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously as early as possible, strictly in accordance with law. 4.
