Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar (Telaiya Dam O.P) P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 517 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 317(5)/ 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Koderma. 3. On 30.09.2024 at 4.00 p.m., petitioner along with co-accused persons were apprehended by the police with the help of local persons at a place near Barakar river bridge while they were decamping with the stolen motorcycle. 4. Mrs. Vandana Bharti, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is an accused in as many as six cases. 5. In view of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage.
