injunction, but only issued emergent notice on I.A.No.1 and suit summons were issued. Against this, the present appeal is filed.
3. The trial Court is of the opinion that there are no sufficient grounds to grant an ad-interim exparte
order of temporary injunction and has only issued emergent notice on I.A.No.1 and suit summons to the defendant. Therefore, the appeal would be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to consider I.A.No.1 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law on merits.
With this observation, the appeal is disposed of.
