ORDER:-
1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.1 and 5, at the behest of respondent No.6, are interfering in civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent No.6. It is submitted that the respondent Nos.1 and 5 have pressurized the petitioner to execute undertaking to pay an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- to the 6*^ respondent. It is submitted that one police constable in the police station scribed the 3aid undertaking. an
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police have called the petitioner to the police station for enquiry purpose complaint received from the 6*^ respondent and the police have also ascertained that it is a financial transaction. on a
4. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the admission stage by directing respondent Nos.1 and 5 not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.6 without following the due process of law.
