The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayer:- "(i) issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or directions quashing/setting aside the award dated 13.03.2003 and quashing of recovery/execution of the recovery certificate dated 28.02.2004 issued by the Respondent no. 1 pursuant to the award passed by the Ld. Respondent No. 1 in Industrial Dispute No. 188/2000 under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947." 2. It is stated in paragraph 8 of the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of petitioner that all the disputes were settled between the parties on 22.11.2024 and in this regard two settlement orders dated 22.11.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Kanpur which were appended at page 42 and page 45 of the supplementary affidavit. 3. In view of aforesaid, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the parties that the present petition may be disposed of in terms of compromise entered between the parties as well as order dated 22.11.2024 passed by Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Kanpur. 4. In the circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement made between the parties which were duly accepted by Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Kanpur vide order dated 22.11.2024. 5. The amount deposited by the petitioner before the Industrial Tribunal, Kanpur pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 31.03.2004 be disbursed in favour of respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 namely Shri Awadh Narain Dwivedi, Shri Shiv Kumar Mishra, Sri Ravindra Pathak respectively as per the award dated 13.03.2003 within six weeks' from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
