Perme, learned Standing Counsel for the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary. 2. Mr. I. Bam, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the son of the late Rupeshwar Gogoi who was working as a peon in the Office of the Joint Director, Veterinary Training Institute, Pasighat, who died on 28.04.2024, while he was in service. After the untimely demise of petitioner’s father, the petitioner, who was having the requisite education qualification had applied for an appointment on compassionate ground and submitted an application in a proper format along with all the relevant documents on 09.12.2024 through proper channel i.e. before the Joint Director, Veterinary Training Institute, East Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh which was forwarded to the Director (AHV & DD), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Nirjuli on 12.12.2024. However, the application of the petitioner is kept pending and has not been considered till date. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the respondents to dispose of the application made by the petitioner dated 09.12.2024 and that the petitioner may be appointed on compassionate grounds. 4. Mr. L. Perme, learned Standing Counsel for the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary has no objection to the disposal of the writ petition as prayed Page No.# 3/3 for by the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, this Court finds it fit to dispose of the instant writ petition with the direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 09.12.2024, for his appointed on compassionate grounds, on demised of his father late Rupeshwar Gogoi, who was working as a peon in the Office of the Joint Director, Veterinary Training Institute, Pasighat, who died on 28.04.2024, while he was in service. 6. The application is to be disposed of with a Speaking order, within a period of 4(four) weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 7. Accordingly, Writ petition No.214(AP)/2025 stands disposed of as above. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
