This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not giving protection to me and my property on my report dated 16-03-2020 against the respondents no. 4 to 6 as being illegal, irregular and violation of legal obligations while discharging the duty under the provisions of criminal procedure code of offends under article 14 and 21 of constitution of india and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action against the respondents nos. 4 to 6 by giving protection to me and my property at the time of digging the bore well at the land in nursery in R.S.No. 488-1 and R.S.487-4 of poranki village, penamaluru mandal, krishna district...…”
