The argument of learned counsel for petitioner has merit that the City Magistrate has no power to interfere with the functions of the school namely Delhi Public School. 4. Learned counsel for contesting respondents tried to convince this Court that in certain circumstances the City Magistrate has a power to interfere, however, the Court is not convinced since no provision of law is shown in support of said submission except a reason that it was passed during Covid-19 Pandemic which has now lost its efficacy. 5. At this stage, the Court also takes note that that there is a specific challenge to the termination orders at the instance of respondent nos. 6 to 42. who have filed substantive writ petition bearing no. Writ-A No. 9123 of 2020, therefore also, the impugned order is not justified. Accordingly, the impugned order, dated 14.07.2020, is set aside and this petition is disposed of. 6. The connected writ petition i.e. Writ-A No. 9123 of 2020, is de-tagged and Registry is directed to put the said writ petition for final arguments in the next week at 2 PM.
