Co. Ltd. & Anr.: Civil Appeal No(s).001198/2025 (arising from SLP (Civil) No(s).20902/2024) and other connected matters:- 1. The award dated 08.08.2017 passed by the learned Labour Court No.2, Jaipur in LCR No.85/2009 is modified in terms that the petitioner-workman is held entitled for lump sum compensation of ₹1,50,000/- instead of ₹50,000/-. The aforesaid amount (after adjusting the awarded amount, if already paid) shall be paid within a period of twelve weeks from today failing which it shall carry interest @ 9% per annum after the expiry of stipulated period and the officer(s) responsible for delay would bear this interest component.
