Rol Singh) arising out of Case Crime No. 139 of 2020, under Sections 420, 323, 504, 506, 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C., Police Station- Bhaura Kalan, District- Muzaffar Nagar as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 7.10.2024, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Budhana, Muzaffar Nagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/bail application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/bail application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
