When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is evident from the written instructions dated 15.04.2025 issued by the respondent No.4 that the total bill amount claimed by the petitioner has been paid to the petitioner vide two bills dated 30.03.2025. As such, the respondents redressed the claim of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the amount paid by the respondents is received by the petitioner. Hence, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and the matter becomes infructuous. 4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
