HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19210 CRL.P No. 5613 of 2025
CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S VISHWAJITH SHETTY
ORAL ORDER Accused No.6 in Crime No.108/2021 registered by Kodihalli Police Station, Ramanagara registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 114, 147, 148, 114, 302 read with Section 149 of IPC is before this Court in the successive bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Crl.P.No.12498/2024 and the co-ordinate bench of this Court had rejected the bail application of the petitioner by a reasoned order dated 12.12.2024.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any change in circumstances so as to entertain this successive bail application filed by the petitioner. It is brought to the notice of this Court that insofar as the other accused persons are concerned, the case was committed to the jurisdictional Sessions Court and they were tried in S.C.No.5001/2024 and by judgment and order dated

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19210 CRL.P No. 5613 of 2025
01.06.2024, the jurisdictional Sessions Court has convicted the co-accused who were tried in S.C.No.5001/2024. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he was throughout absconding ever since the year 2021 and he was arrested in the split up case registered against him only on 06.07.2024. Under the circumstances, I do not find any good ground to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. It is needless to state that efforts shall be made by the trial Court to dispose of the criminal case pending against the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
