ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the Respondents No 1 to 3 (a)to transfer investigation of Crime No.181/2019 of Veldurthy Police Station from that of 4th respondent-(b) to place the 4th and 5th respondents under suspension-(c) to transfer them from Macharla Rural Circle and from Veldurthy Police Station- and (d) to initiate disciplinary action as well as criminal prosecution against them and to pass…”
2. Heard Sri Ginjupalli Subba Rao, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and the Station House Officer, Veldurthy Police Station.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that police concluded investigation in Crime No.181 of 2019 of Veldurthy Police Station, and laid charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate vide C.C.No.1213 of 2022 and the case is coming for trial.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition may be disposed of, as no further orders are required in the writ petition.
5. In that view of the matter, this Court is considered opinion that the writ petition can be closed at the stage of admission, without going into merits of the case. The presence of the Station House Officer, Veldurthy Police Station, is dispensed with.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
