03/06.03.2025 Heard the Parties.
Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. -71/2024 registered under sections- 111(2) (ii),317(2), 318(4), 319(2) ,336(3) ,338 ,340(2) ,3(5) of B.N.S,2023 & Sections 66B, 66C, 66D of I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara.
On 05.11.2024, cyber police Jamtara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled in the house of Sartho Gope at village Mudaberia raided his house and apprehended the petitioners alongwith the co-accused persons.
It appears that three mobile phones each were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It was further submitted that no witnesses have come forward to claim that the petitioners had cheated anybody.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. -71/2024.
