Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, at the behest of the 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent is interfering in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 3rd respondent is not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
3. Considering the submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose off the writ petition at the admission stage by directing the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent without following the due process of law. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
