Page No.# 2/2 BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER 18.12.2025 Heard Mr. J Jini, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. G. Tado, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Arunachal Pradesh. This is an application filed under Section 430 read with Section 480 of the BNSS,2023 praying for suspension of sentence and grant bail to the accused Shri Nido Tamen. I have gone through the judgment of the trial court as well as considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides. Considering entire aspect of the matter, the judgment dated 06.11.2025 and order of sentence dated 07.11.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Ziro in Sessions Case No. 01/2021 (Z) shall remain stayed till disposal of the connected appeal. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that the accused/convict Shri Nido Tamen, who is in custody in connection with Sessions Case No. 01/2021 (Z) shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Ziro.
