Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions, would submit that, though the Police tried to enquire into the matter, the Petitioner was not present in the village. 2 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder; “3 !i is humbly subiTiitted that, the Petitioner Ponnaganti Bala Nagaiah., S/o. Ped.da Nagaiah, aged 62 years, R/o Polanagaripall i Village. Seetharamapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore sent his representation through register post on 24.04.2025 and it was reported in Seetharmpuram Police Station on 26.04.2025. i 4. It is humbly submitted that, since receipt of the petition of the petitioner Ponnaganti Bala Nagaiah, i have visited to the Polanagaripalli Village for enquiry in the matter alleged by the petitioner, but he didn't present at his address. Repeatedly tried to meet with the petitioner caused to enquiry, but he didn't present at his Village. Therefore, I have unable to proceed in the matter of the petitioner Ponnaganti Bala Nagaiah of Polanagaripalli Village and tried to serve notice to the petitioner for attending the enquiry, but in vain.” Sri Venkata Ranjit Kumar Beeda, learned counsel for the Petitioner 4. would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
