This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Mahuldiha PS Case No.38 of 2020 corresponding to ST Case No.13 of 2021 pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karanjia, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.302/376/201/449 of IPC, on the allegation of committing murder of the daughter of the informant by assaulting him with a handle of an axe. 3. Heard, Mr. Karunakar Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. C. Mohanty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record including the evidence of PWs.1 to 13. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against him and on going through the materials placed on record together with the role as alleged against the petitioner and taking into account the evidence of the witnesses to the disclosure statement and the cause of death of the deceased in the Post Mortem Report, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules. (G.
