Order:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 6th respondent, at the behest of respondent Nos.7 and 8, is repeatedly interfering in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 and 8, and is pressurizing the petitioner to settle the civil disputes and hand over the property to respondent Nos.7 and 8.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the 6th respondent is not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 and 8.
4. Recording the submissions, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition at the admission stage by directing the 6th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 and 8, and also not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
