Therefore, the matter has become infructuous, and he has an instructions to withdraw this I.A. as well as the appeal. Mr. J. Tsering, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the I.A. and the appeal, as the compensation has already been paid.
