Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "to direct the respondent revenue authority to take action u/s 25 U.P. Land Revenue Court, 2006 to remove the hindrance and clear the approaching path to the house of the petitioner along with respondent no.4 to 6 situated over Araji no.1452, 1453 and 1454 made by Gram Sabha with consent of recorded tenure holder of the Bhumidhar of the Village Kathauli, Tehsil Meja, Tappa-84, Pargana Khairagarh, District Prayagraj." 3. From the relief claimed in the writ petition as well as in the representation it is apparent that the petitioner is claiming rights of easement over the land in dispute. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the power is under Section 25 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 with the Tehsildar to decide the dispute. 5. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of. In case, the petitioner moves an application in accordance with law in the provisions of Section 25 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with rules within a period of two weeks from the date of certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of three months from the date of moving of an application after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
