The Criminal Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant under Sections 439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for brevity ‘the Cr.P.C.’)/ Section 483(3) read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), seeking to cancel the bail granted by this Court in Crl.P.No.2148 of 2024 dated 04.04.2024 to the

respondent No.1/accused No.1 in Crime No.112 of 2025 of Nallapadu Police Station, Guntur District.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation either on behalf of the petitioner/defacto complainant or on behalf of respondent No.1/accused No.1. On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that in the present crime, charge sheet was filed after thorough investigation.
3. In view of submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor that the charge sheet has already been filed in the present crime, the present petition filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant for cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.1/accused No.1, cannot be entertained. The criminal petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed.
4. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
