No. 89516 of 2024 in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 228 of 2024, which was dismissed for default on 29.01.2025 due to non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 15.01.2025 passed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the aforesaid order dated 15.01.2025 could not be complied in time prescribed rather the same was complied on 18.02.2025. He further submits that there was no latches on the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15053 of 2025(2) dt.28-02-2025 2/2 part of the petitioner rather the mistake was on the part of the office of the learned counsel. 5. For the reasons stated in this application and the submissions made in support thereof, the instant petition for restoration is allowed and, as a consequence, the Cr. Misc.
